Sitting at the counter enjoying my clafoutis, the chef just called out "Plate!" from the kitchen right in front of me. When I handed it over...
The plate returns—with an extra matcha quatre-quarts slice!😮
I love matcha sweets so much❤︎ I gratefully enjoyed it. A sweet surprise from the chef that made my day... It was a heartwarming moment from my favorite bistro.
