I have 3 rings of "R ethical" https://r-jewels.com that is a jewelry brand designed for a feminine, yet dignified beautiful woman. 

R ethical jewelry are mainly made from fair-minded 18 yellow gold with gemstones, collaborated with non-profit organizations in order to contribute to a sustainable world.

I am lucky to meet these lovely rings I pictured to myself from dropping by Matsuya Ginza (the department store) after work. R ethical set up a booth there during last Christmas season. 

I've been working from home since this pandemic. I don't have a chance to wear them very much. 

Color Sapphire is one of the popular products and is not resized because of its elaborate design, so it is called "Cinderella Ring." I purchased it in December 2020, but one day in March 2021, I found the gold rim surrounding Blue Sapphire cracked. I seemed to have been careless when I removed the ring. In April 2021, my Color Sapphire was repaired. It cost me pretty much, so I will have to handle my delicate jewelry carefully.

another new style of curtains and the pink moment

As I mentioned in the last post, I am with same curtains as before. It was pretty tough to adjust each length by myself to my new home, but I am so happy to be together with them again.

This is my another room. To make them longer, I unstitched a seam of race curtains which were used for my previous bay window. And then, I sewed the hem of them. I love that it's like an elegant flared skirt! I would be glad if you check out my last blog to see what these race curtains looked like before.

I washed them once at my new home, but lines are still remaining. Even heart warming for me... In this room, race curtains are short, and drapes are long. It is the opposite from the next room. 

I also sewed the hem of these blue & green drapes to make them a little bit shorter, and yet, so that just above the floor. The drapes are really helpful in blocking a glare coming from the afternoon sun.

As you can see, race curtains & a drape are like this way in my next room. :)  Though the afternoon sun is too bright, there's a beautiful pink moment after that. 

I am amazed at the beauty, and the look of the sky is different every day. 

Can I upload my pink moment at times? Even when I'm in the middle of doing something at my condominium, I can't help getting stunned by the beauty of the scene.

Altered curtains became my own style at my new home.

 I brought my curtains from the previous apartment. I had an idea and I wanted to use them again.

A sofa was covered with a stole given to me by Collie a few years ago. I decorated a coffee table with charming lace I bought at Canterbury Village when I visited Michigan.

My heart is thumping... I hung my lace curtains over a window. They are a little too long for the window here. （・・;）

Though flowers are expensive in the big city, I found a nice place which sells "service flowers" on Tuesday and Wednesday. Each flower is being sold for only 100yen. So I picked up my favorite miniature roses. Can you believe it? I could get them for only 300yen!!! How lovely❤︎ I am so happy.

This is the view from the window. I live on the 10th floor now. (By the way, it's not Tokyo Tower. )

Ten days later, I sewed by hand to shorten the length of lace curtains! See? It's successfully almost touching the floor. :)

My idea was combining a short drape and long curtains. It's possible because the bottom half of the window is frosted glass. Being surrounded by familiar stuff to me brings a comfort.

There was a bay window at the place where I've lived for a long time. A short drape was for it. 

I really loved the space and decorated it with small items... From the 3rd floor, I could see the roof of the house across the street from me. I liked to see that view. While I was packing up my things for moving out, I took some photos.

I miss my previous apartment I can't go back to anymore. It's filled with many, many memories. Thank you... I moved out from you, but I will never forget you. I will live on in my new environment, but my memories with you will always have a special place in my heart.

Hi I am Rose, again.

Dear People,

I just moved here last month. It was April 19th, 2021 and it will be a memorable day. Since the day in March I wrote about recently, I'd been overwhelmed with a lot of procedures and documents I should handle for buying and moving to my home. Plus, I cleaned, polished, painted my room at the previous apartment, also, pasted peeled wallpapers with glue. The wall of a corner of my room was getting black because of damp. Removing mold from the wall was pretty tough, but I wiped it again and again with cloth using natural soap, then water and finally, it got almost white! I got fatigued and thought I was going to die before moving out. But now, I am here at my new home and started writing my blog. Hello again! 

At the and of April, a previous real estate agency called me and asked why my room was too clean in spite that I'd lived there for many years. He was like, have you renovated it? I explained I tried to restore it as much as possible by myself. That was my gratitude and love for my room where I lived for a very long time. The picture was taken at my previous apartment, which I liked the interior very much. I felt sad about leaving...  

Cheer up! Now my present home is decorated with goods from Michigan as it's always been💖

I am enjoying walking around my place. I tried local groceries and and getting to know, like, which is good for milk and eggs, which is good for 20% off, which is good for affordable vegetables, and I happened to find a small greengrocer too while walking in a quiet residential area. It looks like I've established my own shopping style already. Also, I found a honest bakery's bread made from natural ingredients sold at the supermarket. 

I will show you where I enjoy taking a walk later in this blog. Until then, have a good one. :)
